This is a 2 hour experiential workshop consisting of gentle, mindful movements and mind-body exercises in a chair and a lecture.

YOU WILL LEARN:

  • How the level of vitality is related to the level of the brain activity

  • How the level of vitality increases or decreases

  • Why “movement” is essential in vitality

  • 3 essential principles to enhance your vitality

  • Gentle seated movements that will deepen mind-body connection and clarity

You can start applying these things to your everyday life right away so you can feel more energetic and lively.


ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR:

Taro Iwamoto is a Feldenkrais practitioner and a movement coach with extensive backgrounds in rehabilitation, athletic training, and martial arts. Taro uses the Feldenkrais Method(TM), a mindfulness-based movement/learning system to teach his clients how to move better, feel better, and live better.
