This is a 2 hour experiential workshop based on the Feldenkrais Method (TM) consisting of gentle, mindful movements and mind-body exercises in a chair, lying on floor, and a lecture.

Why “movement” is essential in vitality
3 essential principles to enhance your vitality
Gentle seated/floor movement lessons that will deepen mind-body connection and clarity
You can start applying these things to your everyday life right away so you can feel more energetic and lively.
ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
Taro Iwamoto is a Feldenkrais practitioner and a movement coach with extensive backgrounds in rehabilitation, athletic training, and martial arts. Taro uses the Feldenkrais Method(TM), a mindfulness-based movement/learning system to teach his clients how to move better, feel better, and live better.
WHAT TO WEAR, WHAT TO BRING:
Comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your movements
Yoga mat and a towel/pillow for a head support
