Four 30 minute mindful movement classes offered on Zoom meeting.
You will learn 4 mindful movement lessons designed to improve your balance.
All classes will be recorded, and you will have access to all recordings after each class.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Computer/Smartphone/Tablet with internet access
Zoom meeting application installed on your device (Free)
Floor space where you can lie down and regular chair with no armrests
Comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your movements
Yoga mat and a towel/pillow for head support

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
Taro Iwamoto is a Feldenkrais practitioner and a movement coach with extensive backgrounds in rehabilitation, athletic training, and martial arts. Taro uses the Feldenkrais Method(TM), a mindfulness-based movement/learning system to teach his clients how to move better, feel better, and live better.
