WHAT THIS COURSE OFFERS:

  • Four 30 minute mindful movement classes offered on Zoom meeting.

  • You will learn 4 mindful movement lessons designed to improve your balance.

  • All classes will be recorded, and you will have access to all recordings after each class.

  • Email/phone consultation to review any class.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Computer/Smartphone/Tablet with internet access

  • Zoom meeting application installed on your device (Free)

  • Floor space where you can lie down and regular chair with no armrests

  • Comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your movements

  • Yoga mat and a towel/pillow for head support

  • Your attention and curiosity!

COST: $40; $30 for earlybird registration

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR:

Taro Iwamoto is a Feldenkrais practitioner and a movement coach with extensive backgrounds in rehabilitation, athletic training, and martial arts. Taro uses the Feldenkrais Method(TM), a mindfulness-based movement/learning system to teach his clients how to move better, feel better, and live better.
